Arcadia

Arcadia takes its name from the idyllic Greek region celebrated by Cervantes and Lope de Vega as a place of harmony, nature and simple happiness, and this private urbanisation in Oleiros sets out to capture that same spirit. Thirteen detached houses make up the community, each built with premium materials, smart home technology and carefully considered design, arranged around a shared landscaped estate that feels like an escape without leaving the city behind.

Oleiros places the development within easy reach of everything: A Coruña airport (Alvedro) is about 7 km away, roughly 10 to 15 minutes by car; A Coruña RENFE station (Joaquín Planells), the nearest station with long- and medium-distance services across Galicia and Spain, is about 9 km, some 15 minutes; Santiago de Compostela airport, for wider international connections, is around 70 km, about 45 minutes by car or 30 minutes by train. The city centre and its shopping malls are about 5 km away, as are Bastiagueiro and Santa Cristina beaches. Oleiros town hall, schools, supermarkets, the market, banks, pharmacies, the health centre and hospitals are all close by, with direct access to the main roads and a bus stop nearby.
