Most of what we find for clients is not on a website. Owners of large houses in Galicia are often willing to sell but unwilling to advertise, and those conversations only happen through people they already know. We act for the buyer: your brief, your budget, our search.

How it works

The brief
An hour on a call to establish what you actually want — and, just as usefully, what you would refuse.

The search
Public listings, our own register and direct approaches to owners. Typically four to eight weeks to a first shortlist.

Viewing trip
Two or three days, properties grouped sensibly by geography, with us driving and translating.
- 04
Due diligence and purchase
Surveys, legal checks, planning enquiries and a negotiation run on your behalf through to the notary.
