The buyer may be three countries away, the paperwork may go back two hundred years, and the price depends on things a portal cannot show. We take a small number of properties at a time and give each one the attention it needs.

Bringing buyers

Our own register first, then selected international channels. Every enquiry is filtered before a visit is arranged.

Offer to signing

We negotiate, hold the timetable together with the lawyers and notary, and are there on the day of signing.
