Renovation Coordination
We introduce you to masons, carpenters and heritage architects we have worked with ourselves — no unnecessary middlemen.
An old Galician house is not difficult to restore, but it is easy to ruin. Cement render on a granite wall, the wrong roof insulation, a chestnut beam replaced with pine — these are the mistakes we spend our time preventing. We connect buyers with the people who do this work properly, and stay involved as far as you want us to.

How it works
- 01
Assessment
We visit with a builder or architect and tell you what the house needs, in what order, and roughly what it will cost.
- 02
Introductions
Two or three trades per discipline, so you can compare. You contract them directly — we take no commission from builders.
- 03
Consents
Where a building is listed or in a protected setting, we help you and your architect through the heritage process.
- 04
While the work runs
Monthly visits, photographs and a plain summary of progress and spend for owners who cannot be here.
